Why is it important?

Diversity in leadership is a compelling interest for society, and I propose that, in particular, those with mujerista, womanist, and/or feminist internalized attitudes and identities have much to offer, given their lived experiences, consequential awareness, and commitments to social justice.

Perspectives

This was a delightful piece to write, and it is the culmination of my personal views and experiences in leadership.
