Why is it important?

Today's teacher is responsible for a multitude of student needs in the classroom. Their class is made up of a variety of students with a wide range of needs and support is minimal. Research shows that teachers have high burn out rates, new teachers leave the profession quickly and their is a high job dissatisfaction. With the growing number of special need students and the constant budget cuts, how can we support the teacher?
