What is it about?
This paper explores how communication shapes corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices, rather than just reporting on them. It introduces three ways that CSR talk and action interact: "walking-to-talk" (actions influencing talk), "talking-to-walk" (talk shaping actions), and "t(w)alking" (a dynamic, intertwined process). The study argues that CSR communication is not just a reflection of existing CSR efforts but actively helps create and shape them. By categorizing these different perspectives, the paper provides a framework for future research on the role of communication in CSR
