What is it about?
A tendon graft is used to reconstruct the unrepairable TFCC ligament. It is passet through the radius close to the ulnar corner and through the ulna starting from the fovea. The tendon was fixed into the ulnar tunnel with an interferential screw. Surgery was done with the help of the arthroscopy.
