What is it about?
This publication is about to figure out the causes for low efficiency in conventional reciprocating engine and rotary engine while doing some attempts in design in order to make the design to be more fuel efficient and capable to deliver comparatively more power.

Why is it important?
In view of gradually diminishing fossil fuel reservoir on earth, this new design is particularly helpful to prolong the life expectancy of fossil reservoir. At the same time the best usage of fossil fuel also returning comparatively low heat generation in compared to the traditional system and making a resistance for global warming rising rate.
Perspectives
The perspective is set to promote a change in vision, mission and marketing strategy of traditional low efficient power generation system to those of this new higher efficient design. However in this journey of promoting, there is also some R&D works will be still required, although in this situation this design almost encompasses all possible solution for problems alleged to the eye of an expert.
