Why is it important?

There are a lot of publicly available revision aids. But do they work? Unless, it can be demonstrated that a revision aid actually works and is an efficient use of the students' time, a teacher cannot, in good conscience, recommend it to his/her class.

Perspectives

This research was personally important to me because I found my class was using a revision aid, but I didn't know whether it was effective or not. So I performed this study and found that it was.
