Survival prediction for colon cancer patients from the SEER dataset using Deep Neural Networks.

What is it about?

Training Deep Neural Networks on patient records from SEER. The predictions are done on several periods with different imbalances in the data. Predictions are made for 1, 2, and 5 years of survival also for conditional survival given a patient survives a number of years. An online calculator is provided to experiment with the models.
