Why is it important?

While this special issue was difficult and daunting task as It consumed a lot of work and efforts in terms of the translation and formulation processes. It also involved a lot of search and contact of potential authors , because the way of just sending out CALL FOR PAPERS was NOT HELPFUL as it is occurred in the Western context academia. Therefore, Different Method and Approach have been created as it has already mentioned in GUEST EDITOR PAPERS.

Perspectives

As Watts (1995) said when social work education in a specific country has been examined, a great deal about social work education elsewhere will be learned. Through comparisons, some fresh ideas on social work education have been gleaned. For example, an idea or program in this specific country could be ADJUSTED and ADAPTED and for use in another country. Other countries could learn from the social work education experiences of Egypt. Also as Megahead (2017 ) discovered that when social work practice in a specific country has been examined, it is to certainly set the practitioners, researcher and educators to thinking about the article’s contents in regarding to their own work or their own country. The different cultures, the different ways in which different aspects of social problems are approached, give the social work practitioners, researchers, and educators new insights into practical solutions for the social problems in their own settings.
