What is it about?
This theory attempts to better explain the many considerations needed to apply cultural humility.

Why is it important?
As we live in a very diverse world, this theory guides us on how to appreciate diversity and be flexible and culturally humble as we seek to collaborate with one another. Through helping learners view conflict through a different lens, they may be able to flatten hierarchies, better value humankind, and exude flexibility to resolve conflict positively.
Perspectives
This article is really a culmination of my life's work. I am hopeful this article will better explain what is meant by the term cultural humility and help remind us that although we are different, we are all members of the global community.
