Why is it important?

The paper was conducted based on a combination approaches: qualitative and quantitative. In addition, a comparison between two periods: 2006-2009 and 2010-2015 helps the authors to define the growth of U-I Linkage in Vietnam.

Writing this article was a great pleasure as it has co-authors with whom I have had long standing collaborations. This article also lead to both managerial and academician groups contacting me and ultimately to a greater involvement in university - industry linkage research.
