Fluoride induced nephrotoxicity in human

What is it about?

Fluoride toxicity happens due to excessive long term exposure to fluoride. Fluoride induced nephrotoxicity is reported in many animal model. Here we have observed fluoride associated nephrotoxicity (kidney injury) in human

Why is it important?

The finding will give an insight about fluoride associated kidney injury and will be of relevance in reduction of kidney disease burden.
