What is it about?

the treatment of refractory ascites now is still a challenge allover the world, we reviewed both convertional and newly developed therapeutic mathods for the treatment of RA on the purpose of having a better understanding of these methods. such large volume paracentesis, diuretics, and ALPA pump.

Why is it important?

though the fundamental treatment for RA patients is liver transplantation, but LT is limited by the lack of donors and high costs. by reviewing the development of therapeutic ways of RA, the advantage and drawbacks of each methods is clear for us. newly developed methods is promising but needs further research.
