Perspectives
This study intends to prove the effect of underwater treadmill machine using as hydrotherapy for obese patients with pain on their knee whether it can decrease pain, increase knee muscle strength, increase walking ability, and decrease their body weight. However, within 4-week treatment, it shows efficacy in all outcomes except decrease body weight, which may due to short duration and no diet control.
