Why is it important?
By simplifying the construction geometry for production, firstly, the construction was made possible to fabricate; secondly, the simplification allowed to fabricate with simple fabrication technologies and, thirdly, the simplification led to substantial savings in cost.
Perspectives
The publication shows that a sound and practical knowledge of 3D-Geometry never gets old and it facilitates the formulation and writing of parametric procedures in the current environment for digital design and modeling
