What is it about?
The article identifies key theological issues the local church must address to establish a credible transforming prophetic presence among those living on the margins of our socieites.

Why is it important?
With the growing gap between the rich and poor the local church needs to identify itself with those on the margins of our nations. If church is about igniting movements it must pay attention to its mission from among the margins. We need to ensure our presence among those on the margins, has theological credibility.
Perspectives
It was an opportunity for us to define the role of the local church as a prophetic presence with theological integrity.
