What is it about?
Examining factors that impact childhood obesity in children 0-2 years old is relatively new. This study provides an overview of the types of methodology available to assess anthropometry and body composition; nutrient intake (nutrition); and energy expenditure (physical activity).

This study provides a starting point for inter-disciplinary teams examining childhood obesity to discuss measurement methods.
Perspectives
Writing this article was a unique experience working with an inter-disciplinary group of authors to examine the wide array of measurement methods out there. I hope it helps other teams like us find general information about these methods in one easy article.
