Why is it important?
This investigation presents the detail of the clinical course of these patients treated with betahistine, emphasizing the probability of recovery with the passage of the weeks of treatment.
Perspectives
It is important to contrast evidence from controlled clinical trials, with evidence from real-life studies, and in that sense they should be understood as complementary findings based on the advantages of each design.
