What is it about?

This study gives you insights into the antecedents of inclusive leadership in public organizations. Using mixed-methods, we find that both personal and organizational factor may facilitate or hinder public managers' inclusive leadership. Personal factors include motivations and leader humility, whereas organizational factors relate to top management support, organizational culture, and span of control.
