Why is it important?

I make the argument that the NEA needs to become more active through three things: 1) Use the Review as a vehicle to contribute to the policy debate, 2) Recruit students through regional student chapters, and 3) Foster allies to better the Economics field.

Perspectives

The last few years it has become evident that the Economics field has a race and gender problem. The Economics field needs to be better about becoming diverse and inclusive, and the NEA can lead the movement toward those goals.
