What is it about?
Various human parameters such as Age, BMI, hand grip strength can be utilized to assess the human physical performance of labour intensive construction activities on project sites.

Why is it important?
there are many work measurement methods available in the academia and also in practice, but very few of them were utilized in real due to their complexity in conducting the method. the method proposed in the present work is such that any company can easily adopt and assess the labour productivity in construction projects
