What is it about?
Although psychogenic Parkinsonism typically is early onset, rarely it can present at a later age. As Parkinson's disease is typically later in onset, it can a be a diagnostic challenge for the neurologist. Making the right diagnosis is critical as the treatment is different for each condition. Here we report a case and guidelines for making the right diagnosis of psychogenic Parkinson's disease.
