What is it about?

In these days of under-serviced need, rushed clinical encounters are frequent. However, taking some time can lead to a more nuanced appreciation of a person's life experience and emotional state. This, in turn, creates the opportunity for a proper alliance to form and an outcome that is empathetic, validating and helpful. The most rewarding strategy for that reflection is sharing therapeutic encounters with a trusted peer.
