What is it about?

Major depressive disorder is a recurrent and complex disorder to treat. This study recruited patients with major depressive disorder in order to conduct an analysis of the safety of using Interpersonal and Social Rhythm Therapy. There were no safety issues but there was an indication that this could be an effective treatment for both mood symptoms and functioning.
