What is it about?
Healthcare system partnerships with leaders from community organizations and research enabled launch of a novel peer specialist-staffed drop-in center at the West Los Angeles Veterans Affairs campus, which is home to over 1,000 Veteran residents. This collaboration resulted in the development of a program charter, a program evaluation plan, and performance metrics.
