What is it about?
The Mental and Substance Use Disorders Prevalence Study (MDPS), a national study of adults in the U.S., found increased rates of schizophrenia spectrum disorders, major depressive disorder and generalized anxiety disorder compared to previous studies. MDPS provides updated national estimates for the first time in over 20 years for rare and impairing disorders, highlighting the need for increased treatment resources.
