What is it about?
Providing early intervention services to persons experiencing a first episode of psychosis can improve a symptoms and functioning over the lifespan. This study examined whether higher levels of fidelity to an evidence based treatment called Coordinated Specialty Care improved outcomes. Results indicated that higher levels of fidelity do related to reduced symptoms and improved functioning over time.
