State-funded intermediaries, who have dedicated staff to provide ongoing training and implementation supports, can enhance implementation and sustainment of evidence-based practices (EBP). Benefits include the ability to collaborate with state entities to address barriers to and incentivize best practice, the resources to develop a robust infrastructure to support EBP training and implementation, and the capacity to support organizations beyond individual EBP.
