What is it about?
Depressive symptoms are common in Schizophrenia Spectrum Disorders (SSDs), yet poorly understood. Conceptual similarities between depressive and negative symptoms add complexity to the process of developing biomarkers and treatment interventions. In this study, a data-driven methodology was used to elucidate the brain circuitry that underlies both depressive and negative symptoms in SSDs.
