What is it about?
Anxiety disorders are common in youth and very impairing. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is an effective treatment, but many youth still struggle with anxiety symptoms after treatment. This new research uses a brain imaging technique to examine how activation in brain regions changes in youth with anxiety disorders who complete 12 weeks of CBT.
