What is it about?

In my article I describe the clinical features of a patient presenting with psychogenic nonepileptic seizures (PNES) and demonstrate the large work up that is typically involved. I follow with a discussion on why PNES can be difficult to diagnose, with emphasis on how a resident psychiatrist might better identify and treat PNES with confidence.
