What is it about?

Following my discovery of a dynamic HIV reservoir that is formed in the bone marrow center for CD4 production, I developed a methodology to purge this reserve infection in the bone marrow followed by removal of all virus in the HIV secondary reservoirs resulting in radical cure of two patients

Why is it important?

It is now possible t research the methodology with a bigger sample of people with the aim of validating a cure that can be applied to eradicate HIV from the globe. I have already enrolled 120 volunteers and the process is complex for most, but has shown very good response so far. I expect to release findings in a few months, with most of the subjects expected to attain radical cure.
