The research was on the synthesis of 4-methyl-N-(p-methylphenylsulphonyl)-N-(pyridin-2-yl)benzene sulphonamide via the ditosylation of 2-aminopyridine. The ditosylated 2-aminopyridine was complexed with Zinc (II) ion and Copper (II) ion.
