What is it about?

Interstitial lung disease is a serious adverse effect of chemotherapy with immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs). Organizing pneumonia with distinct centrilobular localization and ground-glass micronodules can present in patients undergoing ICI therapy, and therefore, must be considered in the differential diagnoses in patients with computed tomography findings of micronodules/centrilobular nodules.
