What is it about?
Given that molecular imaging allows the noninvasive measurement of biological processes at the cellular level in living systems, it may be hypothesized that this technology can be used to aid in the assessment of early molecular events related to pulmonary artery hypertension (PAH), such as inflammation. We tested this hypothesis in animal PAH models and explored the translational potential in patients with PAH.
