Why is it important?
By operationalizing a novel definition of racism as technology and highlighting the political impact of nostalgia, provocation tactics and affect, the article offers a study of racial capitalism in motion, which currently is transforming Sweden from social to Herrenvolk democracy.
Perspectives
We wanted to know what happened with Sweden. How can a country that once projected solidarity and social welfare turn into a segregated society of staggering inequalities and seek to handle frustrations by policed efforts to reestablish a cultural homogeneity that never was?
