What is it about?

It acknowledges the existence of exploitation yet also highlights often overlooked agency. It makes recommendations which if implemented would turn exploitative child labour into acceptable "light" child work.

Perspectives
The findings of this paper have led me to believe that much more legal research should be undertaken regarding child work and exploitative child labour in Ghana and the protection and enforcement of children's rights.
