Why is it important?
My research shows that the Court of Justice of the European Union is indeed a human rights court in the sense that human rights and the rule of law are effectively protected by the Court. It also illustrates the differing approaches required to examine the very different human rights enshrined in the CFREU.
Perspectives
Writing this article gives me the opportunity to catch up with the latest case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union. As a result, I am always up to date with the recent developments in case law at EU level.
