Why is it important?
4QInstruction is the largest and arguably most important previously unknown wisdom composition discovered at Qumran. This document was published for the first time in a critical edition in 1999. Since then, 4QInstruction has challenged the last generation of categories, especially "wisdom" and "apocalyptic".
