What is it about?

This is the conclusion to my monograph, _In Good Company: The Body and Divinization in the Thought of Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, SJ and Daoist Xiao Yingsou_. It reviews the course of the book and suggests a view of the body present in the work of Teilhard, but had remained latent until now. Thanks to language that Xiao provides a clearer theological anthropology arises in Teilhard's work that gives a fresh vision of divinization and resurrection.

Why is it important?

This book reimagines the resurrected body in such a way as to increase appreciation for our physical bodies in the present life. It gives a renewed view of the body that amplifies the spiritual significance of body, creation, and physicality.

Perspectives

This is my initial attempt to articulate the intuitions I've gained from a comparative reading of Daoism and Christianity that answers many of my own questions of faith.
