What is it about?

The European Parliament decided to ensure business continuity during the Covid-19 pandemic by going digital and authorising its members to exercise their mandate through remote electronic means. After two years of using remote working methods, this paper aims to assess the impact of those working methods in the European Parliament's performance as an institution, as well as in the way members of the European Parliament exercised their mandate.
