What is it about?

Pension reforms can affect future retirees more than current ones. While current retirees can legally challenge these reforms, future retirees often cannot because they're not eligible at the time of enactment. This overlooks the long-term consequences of reforms. I suggest allowing future retirees to challenge reforms based on their eligibility when the reforms take effect. This would give them a fair chance to address unjust changes.
