The note examines the significance of CO29 to Climate Finance and makes certain proposals to achieving a viable climate financial schemes. It examines the role both developed and developing countries in generating the needed climate. It's does this through the lense of the environmental law principle of common but differentiated responsibilities and respective capabilities.
