What is it about?
This paper investigates how TikTok videos can serve as a subversive response to right-wing, populist political parties and coalition governments. The study uses Mikhail Bakhtin's concept carnivalesque, focusing on the potential of humor and mockery in TikTok videos. The paper suggests that these videos can be a means for communities to express and visiblise their subversive responses in postdigital communities.
