What is it about?

This study looked at how middle school students in Assam, North East India, represented their conceptions of the environment in their drawings. The students’ drawings were categorized as representing different models of the environment based on features that appeared in their drawings. Researchers share common features and describe the potential for teachers to build from these findings to develop environmental education lessons that take into account students' perceptions.
