What is it about?
The Scalar Expectancy Theory is the most prominent theory about human timing and time perception. We have shown that a Poisson Clock within this framework can account for Weber's law of timing and time perception. We merged two previous ideas about the internal clock in humans. This merger explains observed human performance in temporal cognition.
