What is it about?
The manuscript uses manufacturing technology and use-wear analysis to explore issues of bone tool authorship at a 19th Century contact-period Later Stone Age site in the Free State Province, South Africa. The worked bone technology of the site is characterized and described. Results are contrasted with other sites in the region.
