What is it about?

Jungian concepts such as archetypes have seldom been studied within a social neuroscience context due to their limited testability. We propose a modern cognitive model for archetypes based on free energy minimisation and niche theory that may be more amenable to testing and evaluation within a rigorous scientific framework.
