What is it about?

Psychosis is a common mental health illness that can be hard to treat. Most often people who are psychotic are treated with medications. There is very few psychological approaches to the condition in public health care. Jung spent much of his early career with patients who were psychotic and developed a depth psychology understanding of the illness which showed great foresight into modern discoveries and treatments. Our paper explores Jung understanding of psychosis and considers how it can be applied and used in modern public health care.
