What is it about?

As relations between coastal States in the Eastern Mediterranean are escalating, the international community's attention should be focused on the humanitarian protection and respect stipulated by these States' domestic law in cases of naval warfare. This article offers a critical analysis of the Greek authoritative provisions offering guidelines with respect to the amelioration of the condition of persons in distress during armed conflict at sea.
