What is it about?

Our work used flies to study whether Kefir could help treat depression. To do this, first, we had to understand how to make flies have depressive symptoms. Once this was done, we continued with the Kefir treatment, and we saw that Kefir can greatly improve these depressive behaviors. These results indicate that Kefir may also be suitable for taking care of mental health in humans.
